How we write
- We rely on peer-reviewed scientific sources and on guidelines from specialist societies such as the European Association of Urology (EAU).
- We write in clear language for patients and explain medical terms when we use them.
- We present the available diagnostic and treatment options in a balanced way and say when to see a doctor.
- We do not promise cures, quote unverified success rates or publish invented patient testimonials.
Review and updates
We review and update articles when new guidelines are published or when information needs correcting, and change the last-updated date accordingly.
