Data we collect
- Booking form data: your name, phone number, email if you enter it, reason for the visit, preferred doctor, preferred date and time of day, any notes you write, and the page you sent the request from.
- WhatsApp messages: the WhatsApp button opens a chat in the WhatsApp app, and we see the messages you send us and your phone number.
- Technical data: such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, recorded automatically in server logs for security and site performance.
Please do not write long medical details or attach reports in the booking form; anything needed will be asked during your visit.
How we use your data
- To arrange, confirm or change your appointment and contact you about it.
- To answer questions sent through the form, WhatsApp or email.
- To protect the site from spam and misuse and improve its performance.
We do not use your data for marketing messages without your consent.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with center staff involved in arranging your appointment and care, with your insurer if you ask us to, or where the law requires it.
Third-party services
- WhatsApp (operated by Meta) when you message us there; the chat is covered by WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
- Google Maps embedded to show the center location, and Google reviews shown on the site; Google may use cookies under its own policy.
- YouTube when you open linked videos.
Cookies
The site uses cookies needed to run and speed it up, and the third-party services above may set their own. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
Security and retention
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only authorised staff can see booking data. We keep data for as long as needed to arrange and follow up your appointment, or as required by the laws in force in the United Arab Emirates.

In the website dashboard, in the bookings section, and a copy is sent to the center email prof@profalsam.com.
How do I ask for my data to be corrected or deleted?
Write to prof@profalsam.com or WhatsApp +971 50 557 3565 with the name and phone number used for the booking, and we will respond to your request.
